Brindabella Chorus is located in Canberra, the national capital of Australia. The chorus takes its name from the range of hills to the west of the Australian Capital Territory, and reflects the fact that members come from all around the region, not just the city of Canberra.

The chorus was established in 1991, with support from our male counterparts, the Barbershop Harmony Club of Canberra. We competed in our first Sweet Adelines convention in 1994, and became full members of Sweet Adelines in June 1996

Since that time, we have attended a number of conventions, and our membership and skill level have increased exponentially. You can see photos from some of our convention performances below!

We take every opportunity to perform, and each year we perform at the War Memorial, Floriade and many other prestigious locations.

Our talented Musical Director , Glenda Lloyd, our capable music staff and enthusiastic management team continue to inspire us all to bigger and better things both musically and administratively.
