A cappella music continues to gain popularity around the world . . . and it's no wonder! The flexibility and joy of making music using nothing but the human voice is unbeatable. 

Whether you are new to a cappella singing, looking for someone to sing with or part of an existing group, come along for a day of fun, music and education with leading a cappella expert Glenda Lloyd.

Throughout the day, you'll learn important techniques for singing and performing a cappella music, improve your vocal skills and enjoy learning fun vocal arrangements as part of a group. We'll also look at the special challenges faced by all-female a cappella groups.

ABOUT GLENDA LLOYD

Glenda has extensive experience in performing, directing and arranging a cappella music. She has performed in numerous a cappella ensembles, and has been the musical director of Brindabella Chorus for 23 years.

Brindabella Chorus is Canberra's premier women's a cappella chorus, winning awards at a number of national competitions. Glenda regularly travels around Australia, presenting workshops, coaching a cappella groups and working with individual singers. 

Glenda is also a talented a cappella arranger. Her arrangements are sung by groups all over the world. Glenda is the first person in Australasia to be accepted as a candidate to the International Music Arrangers Program.
